However, when the training is conducted free of cost, you need to sign an employment contract with the health-care facility. As per the contract, you will need to work with the health-care facility for a period of about 6 to 12 months after you get the CNA certification. You need to read the contract carefully and understand all the terms and conditions before signing it.
